AquaMarine

AquaMarine to celebrate 2 successful (haha) years of loving and tolerating each other. The buffet spread was extensive and naturally I had to take a look at the dessert variety. Not bad! The bread and butter pudding was decadent and the vanilla panna cotta tasted like whip cream, very light! I haven't tasted so much panna cotta to know if it's the best, but I liked it. The Black Forest dessert was light to. And the pralines. Oh! The pralines were simply the best. Get those little square ones. (I am eating Cadbury as I type haha)

The hot food section was good too, though I have to say some of it was quite salty. Like the clams. The lamb chop. EAT THOSE THANGS. I had 3 servings. THREE. It's not the easiest to cut through, but I promise that once you have a bite, it will be worth all the vigorous effort in cutting it. Salad bar was commendable, they had my favorite greens - Wild Rocket! I recommend sesame dressing.

Do go if you haven't. While I dream about the next time I'm going. Which would probably be next year. Haha!

Edit: I forgot to include that the tables outside has a lovely ambiance as compared to inside. Something like fine dining, with the candle light and everything. While it is easier and nearer to the food if you sit inside, it gets pretty busy and probably will ruin the whole mood.
