Came across Jewel Coffee in the CBD area during lunch time while grabbing a salad. Interesting concept though, see the 2nd photo. Not exactly sure what that method of brewing is called. Didn't read the explanation at the back, because I was too busy being amazed with the Peony Jade Iced Tea. Very refreshing on a hot sunny day. Also, they don't have syrups. So I guess they wanted to stick to the roots of coffee, the basics. You can find them on Facebook. And if I am not mistaken, they were playing Anberlin. Plus point!
