Hatched

Went to Hatched to try out the Smoked Royale. It's just English muffins, smoked salmon, poached eggs and Hollandaise sauce. This is of course easy to make at home but if you are too lazy, do give it a try because it is so darn good. They egg was perfectly poached, runny in the middle and firm around, the sauce was good too. I think a little more sauce would do. They served the mash with tuna and my favorite wild rocket salad with balsamic dressing (not a big fan). Really really good together. I think I am going to make so,e at home, eating in the comfort of my own home and I can have extras. I just need to learn to make he perfect poached eggs.
