Spent half the day today baking theseeee babies up there. It was a pretty tedious process (also reminds me why I didn't sell cupcakes, tsk) that took 3 steps. First to make the brown sugar cupcakes, then the caramel sauce (which was so darn delicious) and lastly, the butter cream icing. I would however, change the icing to fresh cream icing, less overwhelming. By overwhelming, I mean overwhelmingly sweet. So I filled the centre of the cupcakes with caramel sauce, that's why it tasted really good. I surprised myself, because I usually cant finish the cupcakes I bake, and ended up giving them away. I only have a tiny sweet tooth. So I had to keep away some. Just so I wont end up gobbling it. I made sure that the cups were small. I hate big cupcakes to be honest.

I improvised a little bit, especially when it came to the caramel sauce. I added more cream so that it won't be hard when it cools. You could make extra, it will go along with ice creams and basically every dessert. Also, I recommend fresh cream icing instead of butter cream!
