Calm and cosy, just like how we like it.

(RWB Dress/ZARA Leather Jacket/River Island Slippers, ZARA belt/Gucci Soho Bag)

Had a really long Saturday, waking up early to attend to some thing and spent time with mum after that. It was raining yesterday so I thought what is better than to bring out the leather jacket. I walked pass this jacket when it was on display at ZARA and after sometime, I caved in. It may not be Anine Bing's gorgeous Quilted Leather Jacket but I still love it all the same.

The bf picked me up late noon, and then we both agreed to go out earlier next time so that there's less dilemma on what to do after 9, because the day ends early. We paid a visit to Gardens by the Bay after a late lunch of sushi (yummmmmm Spicy Salmon). Walked a fair bit, and pit stop at Cafe Crema! Iced Almond Latte was pretty good, not sweet but we've tasted better Apple Crumble. Wanted to catch Sinister, but the seats sold out pretty quick and we're stuck with said dilemma. Drve through Tiong Bahru and found a cluster of cafes along the rows of shop houses. Finally settled on Drips Bakery, but the selection of desserts were not appealing to us. The Lava Cake will take 30 mins to bake and we didn't feel like waiting.

After today, I found out three things. One is that I am not camera friendly, that is, I suck at posing for one. If you noticed, there was an 80's glamour shot inspired pose (collar holding dreamy look, though mine was less than dreamy). Hah! Two, I am slowly turning to chubz because of all the cafe hopping and uncontrollable appetite therefore making me look GASPCHUBZGASP. Two, there are so many cafes to explore along Tiong Bahru. I think the bf and I have found our new favourite thing to do together. Coffee, cakes and quality time. Or tea. Tea is good for the soul.
